when you place an order with us online we automatically send confirmation of it to you in an email that includes the order number, plus all order and personal details. if you DO NOT receive this confirmation it means we have not received your order. the internet does this from time to time. if you have not heard from us within 3 working days of placing an order, please email or telephone 0845 644 2814 and we'll come to the rescue. obviously your order is very important to us and our customer care is a personal matter

UK charge for postage and packaging is £0.50, while the rest
of Europe is £2.00
and £4.00 to the rest of the world
our standard delivery time is 48 hours
if in stock, orders are despatched immediately by royal mail

returns policy

any item you order from us can be returned for replacement or refund
within 14 days of the date it was shipped, provided the item
is returned in new and undamaged condition
if you are returning an item for a replacement don't forget to
include a cheque for £1 made payable to keith reay to cover
delivery
if you require a refund, we will refund the original purchase price
of the items returned less delivery costs
