lisbon has a lively graffiti scene, especially around the bairro alto area, where little stays fresh for long... stencils, paste ups, stickers and dirty ol' tagging happens on a nightly basis... and why not, when the climate is so favourable...? a mix of the top dogs and unknowns making a splash while i visited the city in 2008...
